The CDC Record

The CDC Used the Same Method.

CDC MMWR · Vol. 70 · No. 49 · December 10, 2021
The federal public health record shows the CDC adopted the same pooled-testing methodology — through the same contractor pathway.
The CDC's Morbidity and Mortality Weekly Report (MMWR), Vol. 70, No. 49, dated December 10, 2021, documents the CDC's use of pooled COVID-19 testing through the ICATT program, executed via the eTrueNorth contractor — the same contractor pathway used by Premier Medical Laboratory Services.
This is not a point of controversy. It is a published federal public health document establishing that the pooled-testing methodology used in Greenville was the same methodology the United States Centers for Disease Control and Prevention chose to deploy nationally.

The Network

Five Other Labs. Same Period. Publicly Announced. No Issues.

If the methodology used at Premier Medical was illegitimate, why were the other five labs in the same network — same period, same CEO, publicly announced — never scrutinized?

Between 2020 and 2022, Diversified Medical Healthcare operated six clinical laboratories — each independently CLIA certified, each with its own licensed lab director, each operating under its own state regulatory framework, and each publicly announced through PRNewswire or SCBio.

First Medical Laboratory Services in Irving, TX — announced via PRNewswire in 2022 — operated with different reagents and distinct COVID testing workflows from the Greenville flagship. Dynasty Medical Laboratory Services in Hurricane, UT — acquired March 3, 2022 (PRNewswire, 360Dx, BioUtah) — was primarily a toxicology laboratory (formerly Dynasty Diagnostics, founded by Adam Law), then expanded to a full menu under DMH. Meta Lab DX in Charlotte, NC — acquired September 2022 (SCBio), announced as the 5th DMH lab location — held COVID testing contracts including with North Carolina school districts. Synapse Analytical Labs in Raleigh, NC (SCBio, Sept 14, 2022). American Genetics Institute in Delray Beach, FL.

Four of the six ran COVID testing. Multiple held government contracts. All were publicly announced via PRNewswire, SCBio, 360Dx, and BioUtah. All operated through the same pandemic period under the same CEO. Five of the six never faced enforcement action.

When the same leadership runs six labs and five of them are left alone, the story is not about the leadership. It is about what happened to one specific lab.
